Thank you, Rachel. That means so much. The idea of this as part of a guided meditation is both humbling and intriguing. It opens up a whole new way of engaging with the words. I love that thought: not just to read, but to let be. Maybe I’ll explore that someday. So grateful it spoke to you.
Thank you so much, Nicola. That line has been echoing for me too. It's a reminder I keep needing. I’m grateful to be back, and even more grateful for thoughtful voices like yours alongside the journey. Looking forward to more shared reflection ahead.
Thank you so much, Franny. That means a great deal coming from you. I’m so grateful for your presence here, and for all the love and wisdom you and Glenn have shared over so many years. 🙏
There are many of your entries I enjoy listening to repeatedly. This one I particularly love to listen to and feel my way through it. It is ever evocative.
“… carrying the memory of everything that ever learned to breathe.”
This line, these words with others transport me through breathtaking moments of inner remembering that honors, the vital sacredness and beauty of living and being here in this incarnation. Ah the wind, the light, the breath, the fullness of Nature, our birthright, from whence we come… What a wild and wonderful ride!
Yep, this is one of my faves. If only, as I begin to drift toward quiet, inviting sleep, — that when the reading ends, it didn’t jump to another unrelated Substack offering. “Hush,” I call out, yet unheard. I must move and shut the sound. LOL
THIS is what I'd love to hear as part of a guided meditation. So much to process and let be.

“It’s not where you go, or what you do,
but how you move along the way.”
Yes!
Good to see you back. Looking forward to more reflections, Glenn.

Beautifully spoken, Glenn.

A lullaby on the edge of sleep,
a bird song promising awakening
Mitochondrial cellular breath
Strengthening resolve to find
the Way that whispers
Calling gently
from a wellspring
full of hopeful
joy bubbles merging
with the light and wind’s caress
A Son’s voice
fills heart space
connecting
becoming all that is
Always so grateful to you
for weaving breath into words,
for letting song rise from silence.
-
Your words arrive as first light,
a murmur holding warmth,
an echo of roots and wings,
of wells that never run dry.
-
Hope shimmered in syllables,
and love wrapped in wind.
-
Your voice, too,
fills this heart space,
calling,
singing,
connecting,
becoming
what always was.
-
Love you, Mom!
